Job Descriptions :

• Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, on boarding, training, performance management, and employee relations & payroll.
• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Coordinating employee development and training programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee concerns.
• Report to the HR Manager for work purposes&required to travel to the related government place and take care overall all the HR functions & ad hoc tasks.

Pay : RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
