Job Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between customers and internal quality teams on all quality-related matters.
- Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (8D, 5Why, etc.).
- Review and manage customer quality requirements, specifications, and standards.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and ensure compliance with customer expectations.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation (FAI, PPAP, control plan, etc.).
- Monitor and report customer quality performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate internal audits, quality meetings, and follow up on action plans.
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supplier quality teams to ensure product conformity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality, or related fields.Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in customer quality or related roles, preferably in the manufacturing or injection molding industry.Strong knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, and MSA.Good understanding of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality systems.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred candidate : Chinese-speaking to facilitate communication with customers and internal teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
