Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in Dynamics AX2012 or D365 F&O functions.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 or D365 F&O application and evaluates the customer's business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
- .Conduct presales activities related to Dynamics 365 F&O and / or Dynamics 365 BC solution.
- Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
- Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current and future state business processes.
- Collaborate, manage and lead meetings with functional / technical consultants and client / end-users
- Supports the Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 or D365 F&O application to achieve the customer's business requirements.
- Facilitate the customer's decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process (if modifications / customizations are required, either to processes or to the Microsoft Dynamics application).
- Responsible for conducting user acceptance testing and train customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 F&O application
- Liaise with product vendors on any issues relevant for our customers or the company's services.
- End to End management co-ordination of the project and responsible for the successful completion of the project within a stipulated budget.
- Ensure that the technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability and documentation
- Ensure timesheets are entered and processed accurately and responsible for invoicing in relation to projects.
- Work with project managers and team leaders to cater for resource changes across projects.
- Assist with any other necessary task as required.

Skills and Qualifications
Min 3 years of experience as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 F&O, with a focus on Finance, with full project implementation experience of Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 Project Management and Accounting module.Min 3 years of experience developing functional specifications for Dynamics AX2012 or D365 F&O enhancements and integrationsMin 2 years of experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration and testing of AX2012 or D365 F&O solutions using best practices implementation methodology and / or Microsoft Sure Step methodology. Presentation skills (both technical & non-technical audience)Strong interpersonal relations and teamwork orientation.Strong English business writing and verbal communication skills.Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and meet deadlinesStrong understanding and application of Project Management competencies including : Scope, time, costs, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurements, and integration.Experience leading large complex technology projects.Business intelligence understanding including Reporting and Analytics.Possess a deep understanding of software implementation lifecycles, development methodologies, operating systems, technical platforms / architecture, and application servers.Personal attributes :
