Penerangan pekerjaanMonitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs. Address client inquiries related to the certification process. Stay up-to-date on the latest QHSE regulations, standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and industry best practices. Provide guidance to management on training and development strategies. Identify and support opportunities for cross-selling Bureau Veritas services as needed. Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Training Manager. Ensure adherence to the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics, and BV Group’s policies and procedures. Attends new training to qualify for other training courses. Possess a bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field. Certificate as a QHSE Lead Auditor (IRCA certified) is required. Background in Social and Sustainability standards is preferred. Possesses TTT qualification / HRDF qualified trainer. Certificate as a QHSE Lead Auditor (IRCA certified) is required. Background in Social and Sustainability standards is preferred
Job Responsibilities :
Development and Delivery of Training Programs :
- Design and implement both public and in-house training programs related to QHSE management systems.
- Conduct training sessions in offline, online, or hybrid formats.
- Develop training outlines, materials, presentations, and instructional guides.
- Supporting and delivering webinars where applicable.
