Job Description
As a Relationship Manager, you will manage customer relationships, ensuring timely responses to enquiries and delivering exceptional customer experience through proactive and personalized solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining high service standards, building long‑term relationships, identifying cross‑sell opportunities, developing retention and acquisition strategies, managing multiple portfolios, providing product development input, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
