User-centered design sits at the heart of every digital initiative we launch. We are looking for a Senior UX Consultant who can set strategy, lead design delivery, and champion continuous improvement—turning complex requirements into seamless, business-ready experiences.

What you’ll do

• Drive Discovery : Conduct interviews, contextual inquiries, and analytics reviews to surface user and business needs.
• Translate Insights : Create personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that tell a clear design story.
• Design Intuitive UIs : Deliver high-fidelity screens that balance efficiency, accessibility, and brand standards.
• Govern Consistency : Evolve and document design-system components and accessibility specs.
• Audit & Optimize : Run heuristic reviews and competitive benchmarking; produce prioritized improvement roadmaps.
• Lead the Conversation : Facilitate stakeholder workshops, present to mixed audiences, and align UX strategy to enterprise KPIs.
• Validate Continuously : Plan usability tests, analyze results, and iterate for measurable impact.
• Raise Maturity : Conduct UX-practice assessments, recommend change roadmaps, and mentor peers on best practices.
