Specialist, Enterprise Productivity (Enterprise Applications)

Penerangan pekerjaanSupport in designing and implementing business solutions under the guidance of senior team members. Participate in requirement analysis, impact assessments, and functional testing activities. Support system configuration, integration, and testing efforts across different modules. Maintain and update technical documentation for assigned systems or CRs. Design and build applications using PowerApps, integrating data sources such as SharePoint, Excel, and Dataverse. Configure and maintain JIRA automation rules, workflows, dashboards, and forms to improve team productivity and tracking accuracy. Support integration between systems through APIs or connectors within the Microsoft Power Platform environment. Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards. Assist in data preparation, transformation, and visualization activities to provide business insights. Track and report delivery status to stakeholders, highlighting risks and dependencies. Support in evaluating vendor solutions and verifying compliance with business and technical requirements. Support project documentation, scheduling, and governance processes. Stay updated on emerging technologies, especially in Microsoft Power Platform and automation tools, to propose improvement ideas. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share best practices within the team. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related discipline. CGPA above 3.0 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT solutioning, automation, or systems development, preferably within the telecommunications or digital solutions domain. Ability to design, test, and deploy automation workflows and low-code applications. Familiarity with JIRA integration and reporting.

Job Responsibilities
Business & Solution Support
Collaborate with Product Owners / Managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
Technical & System Analysis
Perform system analysis to identify process gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
Solution Development & Automation (Hands-On)
Develop and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) to streamline operational and business processes.
Data & Reporting
Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with vendors on CR / project progress, testing, and deployment schedules.
Project & Budget Administration
Support in annual operating plan (AOP) tracking, CR budgeting, and project pipeline reporting.
Continuous Learning & Improvement
Develop working knowledge in core business systems such as CRM, Billing, and Digital Platforms.
About You
Preferred Skills & Experience
Power Platform Development
Hands-on experience with Power Automate (Cloud / Desktop), PowerApps, and basic Power BI reporting.
JIRA Administration
Experience in configuring workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and custom issue types in JIRA.
System & Application Knowledge
Exposure to CRM, billing, or eCommerce systems and understanding of system integration concepts.
Programming & Scripting
Medium proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or SQL).
Data & BI
Familiar with data visualization and transformation using Power BI or similar tools.
Vendor & Project Support
Experience supporting vendor deliverables, project tracking, and documentation.
