Job Summary :
- Make outbound calls to sell various products as per campaign assignment.
- Provide high standard of service by following presentation guidelines in according to given product factsheet and sales script.
- Retain customers through company's retention strategies.
- Work with relevant departments within company to ensure any problem is solved promptly or escalated accordingly.
Key responsibilities :
To fulfil daily talk time and leads target.To make outbound calls as per campaign assignment and meet QA requirement.To work with internal department in retaining customers who send in cancellation requests.To make payment reminder calls to customers.Work closely with internal departments in all aspects.Assist in Business Continuity Plan initiatives and activities.To participation in IT systems UAT activities where applicable.Ad-hoc functions as and when required.Document all activities and tasks as per the project standardsProvide pre and post implementation support.Hand over the tasks, work and products to secondees and the Client.Job Type : Contract
Contract length : 12 months
Pay : RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
