Responsibilities

• setup, commission machines at customer premises
• train on operation, functions, programming and maintenance of machines purchased by customer
• attend to any emergency service calls from customers for any service repair on the machines at customer's factory and through phone call
• liaise with suppliers on non-standard issue and requirements
• support in service to branch offices / head office when need arises

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Electronic or Electrical Engineering
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Possess own vehicle and valid driving license
