- Manage the branch operational and financial performance of P&L by identifying new business opportunities and implementing new sales strategies.

- Lead Branch Operations to ensure smooth daily logistics and freight forwarding operations to meet service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Guide, motivate, and build a high-performing team to ensure staff productivity and retention.
- Customer Relationship Management to foster strong client relationships to retain key accounts and secure repeat business.
- Manage branch financial performance by controlling costs and optimizing profitability.
- Ensure branch compliance with customs regulations, company SOPs, and industry standards to mitigate risks.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years in freight forwarding / logistics; at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong people management, mentoring, and team development skills.Proven track record of achieving sales / revenue goals in logistics.Well understanding of customs clearance, air / sea / land logistics, and Johor region market.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Proficient in MS Office and logistics systems, processes and compliances.Seniority level
