Senior Associate - HCM Business Analyst

Penerangan pekerjaanAt least 5 years’ experience in an HCM implementation role, with at least 2 years using Oracle HCM. Minimum 2 project implementations as Business Analyst / System Integrator / Functional consultant. 2+ years’ experience with Oracle HCM as a technical / support team member or implementation member. Knowledge of integration with related modules; familiarity with APIs, web services, middleware and platforms (e.g., IBM WebSphere, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Microsoft BizTalk). Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, PL / SQL, Oracle) and data mapping techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in a team. Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus. Expertise in local statutory requirements – SG / MY / PH / IN / TH; willingness to continue learning. Desirable : basic programming knowledge (PHP Laravel, Java, .NET); relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL). Overview
PwC Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Associate - HCM Business Analyst to join our Workforce team. The role focuses on automating and optimizing HR processes, integrating HR functions and technology to support organisational transformation.
Responsibilities
- Assess current HR and payroll systems and identify integration requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll and IT teams to gather and document integration requirements.
- Design data mappings between Oracle HCM and PwC’s HCM Product to ensure accurate data transfer.
- Develop and test integration workflows, scripts and APIs.
- Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot integration processes; ensure data integrity and performance.
- Document integration configurations and procedures; stay updated with industry trends.
- Share best practices and map customer business processes to PwC’s HCM Product.
- Conduct business analysis to identify gaps and propose solutions within HCM functionalities.
- Support parameterisation and testing; document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Engage with end-users, provide technical support and training as needed.
