Senior HR Executive

Penerangan pekerjaan3-4 years of HR experience, preferably as HR Generalist. Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws. Experience in payroll system - in Payroll2u, Excel (including Power Query), and other HR systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment efforts through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Respond promptly and professionally to urgent issues and calls from retail staff.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
- Handle payroll processes using Payroll2u, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and Power Query for payroll and HR reporting.
- Create and manage Google Forms and other digital HR tools for internal processes.
- Coordinate and actively participate in company events and activities to boost staff engagement
