Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant digital platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Respond promptly and professionally to urgent issues and calls from retail staff.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
• Handle payroll processes using Payroll2u, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions and Power Query for payroll and HR reporting.
• Create and manage Google Forms and other digital HR tools for internal processes.
• Coordinate and actively participate in company events and activities to boost staff engagement
