Overview

Assist in the improvement, maintenance and repair works of building and assets at VDC Serendah, VDC Segambut and Ceranamas Car Park. Responsibilities

Keep equipment operating by following operation instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating repairs. Upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment. Responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical and related systems. Maintain inspection and repair records. Perform general repairs such as painting, patching walls and security hardware. Maintain inventory of necessary parts and equipment. Coordinate or install, inspect, repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems. Coordinate renovations of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities. Ability to install, inspect, repair and maintain electrical, plumbing and other related systems. Schedule preventive maintenance on a regular schedule. Skills in researching and gathering information related to vendors, contractors, equipment and supplies. Skills in proper use of tools, chemicals, equipment, machinery and techniques in construction, maintenance and repair.
