Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, smoothies, etc.)
Operate espresso machines, blenders, grinders, and other café equipment
Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and prep areas
Restock inventory and monitor supply levels
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
Assist with light food prep or snack assembly (if applicable)
Requirements :
Previous barista or café experience preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right person!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
