JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Role & Responsibilities

To attend production reject caused by suppliers / subcontractors.

To work with suppliers / subcontractors to solve problems as required.

To perform quality awareness to suppliers.

To control the calibration of all equipment and ensure meeting ISO requirements

To be responsible for the quality of parts from supplier and subcontractor products.

To attend suppliers / subcontractor rejects in the production line.

To perform root cause analysis on suppliers / subcontractor rejects.

To improve incoming quality control by setting up quality standards.

To carry out vendor / subcontractor audits as and when required.

To follow up on vendor / subcontractor quality performance.

To manage the calibration operation and control equipment

Conduct monthly audits for all calibration equipment

To carry out any other duties as directed by the company.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Electrical & Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.

Required skill(s) : MS Excel, MS Office.

Required language (s) : Bahasa Melayu, English.

Applicant must willing to work in Shah Alam.

Experience in Quality Control, and QA is an advantage.
