Job Descriptions : Responsibilities
- Ensure operations comply with GMP, HACCP, ISO, HALAL and other food safety standards
- Apply food science knowledge in interpreting and implementing regulations
- Management of QC Laboratory
- Conduct sensory, physical and chemical assessment of finished products
- Validate critical control points (CCPs) using food science principles
- Conduct microbiological, chemical and other tests
- Analyze test data to ensure compliance with food safety and nutritional standards
- Prepare and review QA documentation, batch records and product specifications
- Assist in internal audits, supplier audits and external regulatory inspections
- Provide GMP, hygiene and food safety training to staff
