Corporate Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities (land, buildings, data center operators) to drive strategic business growth.
• Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of acquisition targets, ensuring alignment with long-term company objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on acquisition targets, collaborating with external advisors to assess financial, operational, and legal risks.
• Partner with external consultants to perform feasibility studies on potential data center sites, evaluating technical and economic viability.
• Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to draft and review non-binding and binding transaction documents, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
• Develop and maintain financial models to accurately value acquisition targets, assess investment returns (ROI, IRR), and analyze financial performance. Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to evaluate potential risks and opportunities.
• Prepare clear and concise internal updates, presentations, and investment approval papers for senior management, effectively communicating key findings and recommendations.
