Overview
The Senior Executive- Agency Development will assist in recruiting, training, and supporting tied-agents to promote our private equity products and services. Reporting to the Head of Agency, this role involves coordinating recruitment efforts, assisting in delivering training programs, and assisting in monitoring agent performance to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives. The Senior Executive will play a key role in fostering a professional and productive agency network.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support : Identify and attract potential tied-agents through job postings, networking, and outreach campaigns. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments with the Head of Agency. Support the onboarding process, including preparing contracts and facilitating initial compliance training.
- Training and Development : Assist in training sessions on private equity products, sales techniques, and client engagement under the guidance of the Head of Agency. Assist in developing training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules. Provide ongoing support to agents through coaching and feedback to improve their skills and performance.
- Agent Performance Monitoring : Track agent performance metrics, such as sales targets and client satisfaction, and report findings to the Head of Agency. Support agents in meeting performance goals through regular check-ins and motivational initiatives. Identify performance issues and recommend corrective actions to the Head of Agency.
- Agency Operations : Coordinate agency events, such as training workshops, recruitment drives, and team-building activities. Maintain accurate records of agent activities, training attendance, and performance data. Assist in implementing agency strategies to expand the tied-agent network in targeted markets.
- Compliance and Standards : Ensure tied-agents adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance requirements. Support the Head of Agency in monitoring agent activities to mitigate risks and maintain high standards. Stay informed about regulatory updates and assist in communicating changes to agents.
- Reporting and Analysis : Assist in preparation of performance reports and recruitment updates for the Head of Agency. Assist to identify trends and suggest improvements to recruitment and training processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in sales, recruitment, training, or a related role, preferably in financial services or private equity.Basic understanding of private equity products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups.Experience delivering training or presentations is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment or training events.Application and Insights
