Work from Home- Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaking)
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative who enjoys speaking with people and proactively solving issues. The ideal candidate is someone who provides exceptional service and has the ability to turn customers into loyal advocates of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products, pricing, availability, and policies .
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure inquiries are resolved efficiently and customer needs are met.
- Perform data entry and maintain records across various platforms and systems.
- Handle customer concerns professionally while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant customer service or support experience preferredExcellent phone etiquette with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English and MandarinAbility to multi-task , stay organized, and prioritize workload effectively.Comfortable working independently during WFH period and willing to relocate to Johor after 6 months.Strong problem-solving skills with a customer‑first mindset.Seniority Level
