As a Senior Advance Application / System Sales Engineer, you will lead the development of comprehensive proposals and quotations for a wide range of aftermarket services and products. Provide detailed quotations for required spare parts based on complex customer requests and specific system specifications. Formulate service agreement proposals that clearly define scopes of work, deliverables, and pricing structures tailored to client needs. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with customers to comprehensively understand their needs and expectations. Stay current with product developments, understanding the competitive landscape, and identifying opportunities for system enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to gather critical data and insights for compelling proposals. Oversee the maintenance and updating of a repository of past proposals and templates, ensuring they are readily accessible for future projects. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field). 5-10 years of progressive experience in proposal writing, engineering, sales support, or related roles, with a strong understanding of aftermarket dynamics. Comprehensive familiarity with aftermarket products and services. Understanding of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems and configuration-based control systems in industrial automation processes and control systems. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality solutions. About Honeywell
