Description

• Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash (OTC) process, including invoicing, collections, and cash application.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer transactions in line with company policies.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable balances, addressing discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and disputes effectively.
• Prepare and present regular reports on OTC performance and cash flow analysis.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in OTC operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members when required.
