Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Practitioner 中医师

我们正在寻找一位充满热诚、细心严谨、以病人为中心的 中医师 加入我们的团队。理想的候选人需具备扎实的中医理论基础与临床经验，负责提供高质量的中医诊断与治疗，准确配发中药处方，并确保所有临床操作、用药安全及合规标准均符合卫生部（MOH）要求。

主要职责

We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and patient-focused TCM Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) consultation and treatment, ensuring accurate herbal prescription dispensing, and upholding the highest standards of clinical practice, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. TCM Consultation & Patient Care

  • Conduct thorough patient consultations based on TCM diagnostic methods (observation, inquiry, pulse, and tongue diagnosis).
  • Prescribe individualised herbal formulations and treatment plans tailored to patients’ health conditions.
  • Educate patients on the use of prescribed herbal medicine, including preparation, dosage, duration, and dietary or lifestyle recommendations.
  • Monitor treatment progress and adjust prescriptions as necessary to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.
  • Provide guidance on preventive health and wellness using TCM principles.

2. Herbal Prescription & Pharmacy Management

  • Oversee the preparation, compounding, and dispensing of herbal prescriptions in accordance with TCM and internal SOP standards.
  • Ensure all herbs are properly stored, labelled, and handled to maintain quality, safety, and efficacy.
  • Verify the quality and authenticity of raw herbs, granules, and finished products.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment and quality assurance.
  • Supervise the preparation of herbal decoctions, powders, and packaged formulations according to prescribed methods.

    • 3. Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance set by the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) .
  • Adhere to professional and ethical standards in patient care, dispensing, and documentation.
  • Participate in quality control audits, hygiene inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine , Chinese Medicine Pharmacy , or equivalent.
  • Registered with the Federation of Chinese Physicians and Medicine Dealers Associations of Malaysia (FCPMDAM) or recognised TCM professional body.
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese herbs, herbal formulation principles, and preparation methods.
  • Familiarity with TCM diagnosis, treatment protocols, and modern herbal safety standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English .
  • Attention to detail, patient empathy, and strong ethical standards.
  • Proficient in basic computer systems and record-keeping (MS Office)

    主要职责

    1. 中医诊断与患者护理

  • 根据中医四诊（望、闻、问、切）全面评估患者健康状况。
  • 根据患者体质与病情，开立个性化中药处方与治疗方案。
  • 指导患者正确使用所配中药，包括煎煮方法、服用剂量、疗程及饮食生活调理。
  • 追踪患者疗效进展，必要时调整处方以达到最佳治疗效果。
  • 提供中医养生与疾病预防的健康指导。

    • 2. 中药处方与药房管理

  • 负责中药处方的审核、配方、调剂及发药工作，确保符合中医理论及内部标准作业程序（SOP）。
  • 确保所有中药材的储存、标签及处理方式符合安全与品质要求。
  • 鉴别及验证中药材、饮片及颗粒的真伪与质量。
  • 维护准确的药材库存记录，并与供应商协调补货与品质管理。

    • 3. 品质管控与法规遵循

  • 严格遵守马来西亚卫生部（MOH）及相关法规的要求。
  • 在患者服务、配药及文件记录方面遵守专业与道德规范。
  • 参与内部质量审查、卫生检查及持续改进计划。

    • 任职要求

  • 拥有 中医学士学位、中药学士学位或同等学历 。
  • 注册于马来西亚中医师公会联合总会（FCPMDAM）或其他认可中医专业机构。
  • 熟悉中药材特性、方剂配伍及炮制方法。
  • 具备中医辨证论治、治疗方案及现代中药安全标准知识。
  • 具备良好的沟通能力与服务态度，能与患者及供应商有效交流。
  • 熟练使用 中文与英文 。
  • 细致严谨、具同理心及良好的职业操守。
  • 熟练使用电脑及办公软件（如 MS Office）。
