Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction across all aspects of the company’s management and business operations.
- Formulate and implement strategic plans aligned with the company’s short- and long-term objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and internal policies.
- Assume full accountability for the company’s financial performance and operational outcomes.
- Report to the Board of Directors on the company’s activities and progress as required.
- Establish and strengthen the company’s reputation and stakeholder trust.
- Carry out any other assignments as directed by the Chairman or Board of Directors from time to time.
