Job Title : Asset Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver Asset Management services for multiple enterprise customers.
• Act as the single point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage, track, report, and resolve issues related to customers' Installed Base (IB) data.
• Support customers in managing the lifecycle of hardware and software assets to mitigate risks, optimize TCO, and improve customer experience.

Key Job Duties

Ensure customer Installed Base is correctly aligned with contracts, locations, and service coverage levels.

Lead the implementation of Asset Management services.

Onboard new customers and reconcile IB data from various sources.

Identify discrepancies and manage MACD activities.

Provide ongoing IB maintenance support and collaborate cross-functionally.

Required Skills

Expert-level proficiency in Korean and Japanese (written and verbal).

Strong understanding of IT business models, product portfolios, and go-to-market strategies.

Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivots, formulas) and experience with data analysis.

Proficiency in reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

Excellent communication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of customer engagement experience, including at least 2 years in IB Management, Data Management, or similar roles.

CCNA certification preferred (not mandatory).

ITIL Foundation and HAM / SAM certifications are an advantage.

General Skills

Good level of English; advanced language support depending on the country supported.

Minimum 3–4 years of customer-facing experience in contact centres, operations, renewals, or deal management.

Experience in IT companies is a plus.

Minimum Hiring Requirements

University degree level education.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Renewal Analyst, Deal Manager, Quote-to-Cash, Pricing Operations, Recurring Revenue, or similar roles.

Meticulous professional with strong attention to detail.

Excellent presentation skills with knowledge of various presentation tools.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Independent professional capable of working with limited supervision.
