Job Description

• Oversee the complete accounting cycle, ensuring month-end and year-end closings are completed on schedule.
• Compile and review financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Ensure adherence to local tax laws, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate tax submissions.
• Manage cost accounting activities such as product cost calculation, inventory valuation, and variance assessments.
• Keep accurate records of fixed assets and track their depreciation.
• Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and enforce robust internal controls and accounting standards.
• Prepare annual budgets and ongoing forecasts, tracking actual results versus planned figures.
• Provide financial analysis and modelling to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.
• Assist with ERP system upgrades or migrations, ensuring smooth financial data integration.
• Lead or contribute to finance-related projects, process enhancements, and automation efforts.
