We are creators, creative industry rogues, and SuperBowl stars. We are not just on the internet; we are creating the stuff the internet wants to see. We’re insane for what we do and the people we do it with. We move so fast and make so much good shit that we can’t even keep up with ourselves. So, we need more folks just like us, the unconventional, less-obvious, unseasoned (or over seasoned) creative pros. But above all - passionate makers and culture shakers.

You must LOVE all things social, especially TikTok, already on multiple platforms and be passionate about the role social can play in building brands and connecting to audiences in an authentic way. This isn’t a role for people who like to take 6 months to develop one piece of creative. This is an always on role that moves daily and will put you at the epicenter of culture.

• Uses and creates on social media daily
• Has an ability to make relevant content across all platforms and has extraordinary skills in at least one if not all of these : design, video editing, social media copywriting
• Shows a demonstrable passion, curiosity, and experience in making creative content on social media platforms : Tweets, TikToks, Instagram visuals, YouTube edits, etc.
• Responsible, accountable, deeply passionate about their own personal interests and hobbies, and of course, kind, compassionate, and empathetic because you love the magic of collaboration

Think “lab” and not “agency”. We get excited about solving business problems, not creating advertising for the sake of making advertising. Our entrepreneurship DNA runs deep. We’re willing to break rules, try new things, and test hypotheses if it means better understanding our craft. It’s fun!
