Senior Sales Enablement Specialist - Japanese Speaking

This position will be responsible for delivering coaching and training for specialized markets throughout APJ. Supporting Veeam’s growth into new markets, the role will be across multiple areas within the business such as our customized deal review process, integrating our informed AI strategy and our leading Sales training. With an APJ focus in this role key focus areas are supporting and growing the Japanese SDR and Enterprise sales teams. The candidate needs to be fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) as well as English allowing them to act as a conduit for content delivery, localization and creation.

Reporting directly to the APJ Senior Director of Sales Acceleration, the person in this role will play an integral part in supporting and increasing KPI achievement of Sales Roles and their managers, understanding sales processes and methodology, sales enablement, productivity tools and messaging awareness, coaching / mentoring and continuing education leveraging learning / development best practices and performance consulting strategies and working with key Sales stakeholders across our business.

Responsibilities

• Localize training and the adoption of existing training.
• Deliver, coordinate, and support excellence in training and performance.
• Act as a conduit between Revenue Acceleration and functions such as Marketing, Sales Engineering etc.
• Deliver face to face and online coaching both in 1 : 1 & group sessions as a result of call shadowing, performance results and face to face monitoring focusing but not limited to Sales Development Roles.
• Provide coaching to managers to support call shadowing, email assessing and coaching conversations for Sales Development Roles
• Evaluate performance based on pre-defined checkpoints and provide feedback to team leaders.
• Evaluate existing training programs to ensure the quality and effectiveness of professional development.
• Communicate weekly with stakeholders from enablement team and sales management & stakeholders.
• Focus on onboarding all roles across the APJ region including Japan and Korea.
• Provide 1 : 1 skill development to new hires struggling with more complex topics, as well as providing resulting feedback to the Sales Acceleration team or sales team leaders.
