Job responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or online platforms
- Deliver professional and efficient support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up on customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams for solutions
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
