Job description

Overview

Base pay range information is provided by Startek Malaysia. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Job responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or online platforms
Deliver professional and efficient support to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow up on customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams for solutions
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

SPM or higher education (Fresh graduate are welcome)

Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

Computer literate, familiar with office software

Proficiency in at least two languages (Mandarin / English / Malay) is an advantage

Responsible, patient, and a good team player
