Responsibilities
- Assist in daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service quality.
- Support outlet managers in supervising staff performance, training, and maintaining high service standards.
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene to meet company and regulatory requirements.
- Learn and participate in inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in achieving outlet sales targets and overall profitability.
- Participate in operational planning, staff scheduling, and promotional activities.
- Demonstrate leadership potential and readiness to take on a managerial role upon program completion.
Qualifications
Bachelor in any fieldMust be able to serve a service bond for 6 monthsTraining providedAble to speak & write Chinese (Chinese Restaurant)Required Skills

Salary (SGD) : $2800
Working Hour : Shift : 10AM - 10PM / 11AM - 11PM, 6 work days per week
