Senior Executive, Accountant

Location : Vista Tower, The Intermark Mall, Kuala Lumpur

Commencement Date : 1 January 2026

Salary Range : RM4,000 – RM4,500

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

Ensure timely submission of statutory reports such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and tax-related matters.

Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.

Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Assist in process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

Support management with financial analysis and cost control initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in a similar role.

Holding accounting professional certificate is a bonus.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements.

Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
