Sea Logistics Operation Care Manager - Export (ISC)

You are responsible for the delivery of operational excellence through your Operational Care (OCC) team by providing leadership and direction, while continuously optimizing production costs.
How you create impact
- To qualify and enter customer orders into the operational execution process.
- To drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation in close cooperation with the destinations and regional stakeholders.
You will assist with project documentation, shipment coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of logistics projects. You will liaise with internal teams, vendors, and customers, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines.
How you create impact
Ensure complete familiarity with the BP Tangguh UCC scope of work and contractual deliverables;Ensure familiarity with Project protocols including Project regulations governing KN scope of work at Tangguh;Support the Project Director to roll out the Project deliverables plan, follow up with respective team leaders and update status;Develop systematic procedures and document protocols to ensure that all communications and documentation is properly organized and accessible to other team members;Take minutes of meeting for weekly meetings (internal and external);Manage the communication log and document trail for contractual change orders;Ensure that contract communications are properly documented and filed electronically;Assist Project Team leaders with mobilization plans for asset and subcontractor engagement to Project Site;Assist with permitting procedures required to operate at Tangguh and other project related sites;Interface with HR team to ensure that site rotations are kept up to date;Assist Project Director with day to day administrative tasks;Assist Senior Project Team members with administrative support as directed.Report to Project Director on regular basis;Develop with Snr Project Manager – standard reporting template for the weekly updates / meeting and monthly. Ensure these reports are communicated efficiently to Project and Management teams.Use every opportunity to enhance KN’s reputation & bring to management’s attention anything which may be allowing that reputation to suffer;To demonstrate strong housekeeping on the TUCC Project;To develop accountability with the Project Team Leaders;To share best practice with Team members to enhance efficiency and organization.Provide effective communication with ops teams and management;Appropriately communicate organization information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email communication.Take responsibility for the safety of myself and those around me by displaying safety leadership principlesChallenging and stopping unsafe acts and behaviours or unsafe conditions.Comply with the Global Safety Standards, Polices and Operating Procedures.What we would like you to bring
University or Technical School diploma or degree or equivalent experienceExperience : Minimum of 5 years experience in a Construction / Oil&Gas, EPC project environment. Project Operation and construction work experience in an industrial project environment is an added advantage.In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, and relevant international standards pertaining to project management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage team relationships.Knowledge in logistics and constructions environments is a plus.Language : Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.Strong organizational skills, ability to manage and track multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously.Culturally savvy, ability to work across multiple cultures / geographies.Flexibility and a proven record of working through and embracing change.Focus on quality and accuracy.Excellent interpersonal, client relationship and communication (written and verbal) skills.Deadline driven with effective time management and ability to work under pressure.Flexible individual, able to be learn quickly.Solid work ethic and motivation levelStrong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelinesWhat's in it for you
