Accounts Executive

to learn, grow, and build your future with us! This is an office-based position. Responsibilities

To perform daily accounting operations, handle full set of accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and monthly reporting. Manage daily accounting operations activities such as processing transaction, issuing payment voucher and receipt, update ledgers and etc. To match invoice and ensure all billings are supported with documents and proper authorisations. To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries. To ensure timely closing of accounts during month end or year end. Cooperate with other departments on preparing accounting documents. Any ad-hoc task when assigned by superiors. Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent. Required Skill(s) : Basic Accounting, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel. Required Language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and colleagues. Offered salary will be based on working experience. Fresh graduates / Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with book-keeping and basic accounting procedures. Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
