Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer

Location : Kota Damansara, Selangor, Malaysia

Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement RPA solutions using SAP Build Process Automation and complementary tools (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
  • Develop bots for both low-complexity and high-complexity processes, including document understanding and system integration.
  • Maintain and optimize existing automation workflows to ensure scalability and performance.
  • Participate in process assessments and document automation scope and FTE savings.
  • Ensure compliance with system governance, security, and control standards.
  • Provide technical documentation and user training as needed.

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP BPA or at least one of the following : UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism.
  • Strong understanding of RPA architecture, deployment models, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with business process mapping.
  • Familiarity with AI integration in automation workflows is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
