As the

Product Lead , you will own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for our tokenization and issuance platform. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, legal, operations, and business development teams to bring innovative financial products to market. This role sits at the intersection of

blockchain, fintech, and traditional finance , and aims to set new industry standards for digital asset issuance. Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the tokenization and issuance platform. Identify opportunities to tokenize multiple asset classes (real estate, bonds, securities, collectibles, alternative assets) while ensuring usability and scalability. Platform Development & Execution

Lead the end-to-end development of a user-friendly issuance and management platform, from concept to launch. Work closely with engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions with best-in-class UX / UI. Integrate digital custody, secondary trading capabilities, and investor lifecycle management into the product suite. Compliance & Regulatory Alignment

Ensure the platform meets

local and international compliance requirements

(e.g., KYC / AML, securities laws, financial regulations). Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to embed regulatory frameworks into product design. Stay ahead of evolving digital asset regulations globally. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Act as the product evangelist both internally and externally, aligning stakeholders around product goals. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team as the platform scales. Partner with institutional clients, regulators, and ecosystem players to shape market adoption. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in tokenization, blockchain, and digital finance. Drive innovation and continuously improve the platform to maintain a competitive edge. What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

Proven Track Record : 10+ years of product leadership experience in fintech, capital markets, or blockchain platforms, with at least 5 years in a senior product leadership role. Deep Domain Expertise : Strong knowledge of

asset tokenization

across multiple asset classes (real estate, bonds, securities, commodities, collectibles). Regulatory Knowledge : Experience designing products that comply with securities regulations, KYC / AML, and cross-border financial frameworks. Technical Acumen : Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-1400, etc.), and digital asset infrastructure. Execution-Oriented Leadership : Ability to take a product from zero to launch, with proven success in building platforms from scratch. Strategic Thinker & Operator : Comfortable working at the intersection of strategy, compliance, technology, and market adoption.
