Overview

Product Owner - Digital Channels & Payment at OCBC, Singapore's longest established bank. This role involves designing and delivering innovative digital banking products and services to meet evolving customer needs, as part of a team shaping the future of banking. Your opportunity starts here.

What you do

  • Develop and execute product strategies for digital banking products and services
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and sales
  • Define product requirements and work with development teams to launch new products and features
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to inform product decisions

Who you are

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in product management
  • Proven track record of launching successful digital products and services
  • Strong understanding of the banking industry and digital trends
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
