Oversee the reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for the organization. Handle tax filings, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to regulatory authorities. Monitor and maintain financial records to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making processes. Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accountant should have :
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of working experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
- The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
