About the Role

This role involves managing subscriber services, ensuring billing accuracy, supporting partners, and driving compliance and data analysis to strengthen business performance. Responsibilities

Handle subscriber orders and requests, ensuring smooth activation, recharge, and refund processes. Support channel partners and customer service teams to resolve issues and coordinate with backend systems. Assist in billing reconciliation and settlement with operators to ensure accuracy. Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support management decision-making. Support compliance operations, including PDPA and customer privacy policies. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, Telecommunications, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in business operations, telecom, or mobile services industry. Required Skills

Strong knowledge of subscriber management, billing processes, and compliance regulations (e.g., PDPA). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis / reporting tools is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and coordination skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Proficiency in English; Mandarin or Malay is an added advantage. Job Details
