Specialist / Advisor - Warehouse

Job Overview

AT&S is a leading global manufacturer of high‑end IC substrates and printed circuit boards. We industrialize advanced technologies for Mobile Devices & Substrates, Automotive & Aerospace, Industrial & Medical, and high‑performance computing for AI applications. We are looking for a Specialist / Advisor – Warehouse to join our Warehouse Team at AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi‑Tech Park, Kedah.

Responsibilities

• Co‑work with the Warehouse Manager to set up and continuously optimize procedures, instructions, Control Plan (CP), Organized Reaction Plan (ORP), FMEA, and other documentation related to all warehouse processes of incoming materials, material dispatch to production, and material inventory management (PDCA loop).
• Coordinate closely with process owners, input and output departments, the Warehouse Manager, and Warehouse Assistant.
• Perform SAP operations to ensure conformity between SAP and physical materials.
• Continuously improve efficiency for all warehouse processes.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Assist in yearly investment, cost budget preparation, and implementation by daily fulfilment.
• Conduct yearly and monthly material inventory take‑offs.
• Set up the training structure and materials, delivering training to team members.
• Archive all operation‑related documents on time.
• Perform other job assignments as appointed by the supervisor.
