Responsibilities

• Conduct project requirement investigation, communicate on-site with clients to understand their needs, collect relevant information, and ensure the compliance of the design scheme.
• Organize relevant departments to conduct risk identification and assessment before project design, create preliminary design ideas based on the project requirements table and project approval review results, be responsible for communicating with clients to modify the plan, and make an overall design plan that is acceptable to both parties.
• Based on the overall design plan confirmed by the customer, conduct detailed scheme design, including scheme design for HVAC, process pipelines, water supply and drainage engineering, and construction drawing design.
• Review the drawings and bill of quantities designed by the assistant HVAC engineer, and propose design stage reviews according to the project management process.
• Based on the overall design plan confirmed by the review, prepare a detailed engineering list.
• Responsible for the calculation of engineering quantities and the preparation of lists for design and bidding projects, as well as the preparation of technical proposals.
• Provide technical support for equipment inquiry and procurement in engineering projects.
• On site technical disclosure, solving on-site construction technical problems, and assisting the project department in organizing project completion acceptance.
• Organize project materials and conduct project summaries.
