Marketing assistant / Social Media Content Creator

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Melayu (spoken & written).
  • Preferably seeking motivated individuals aged 20 to 28.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, with creative and innovative thinking.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Good communication & teamwork skills – able to take feedback and execute quickly.
  • Responsible and punctual, with strong time management.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate company social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, etc.).
  • Edit videos and photos, and add subtitles in English & Bahasa Melayu (using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Jianying, etc.).
  • Analyze & optimize social media performance (content engagement, reach, conversion).
  • Assist in content planning and participate in short video shoots for the company's platforms.
  • Occasionally assist with product photography & video shooting (basic camera / phone use, framing, lighting).

  • Has experience managing personal or brand social media accounts (please provide links or portfolio if available).
  • Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom or similar editing tools.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera when needed (for lifestyle or product-related short clips).
  • Interest in luxury products, fashion, or watches.
  • Willing to learn and explore new content tools and trends (AI tools, editing apps, etc.).
