Responsibilities

• Execute a 360 recruitment cycle for Business Development and Recruitment.
• Assist clients in end-to-end cooperation processes.
• Provide consultation and solutions to clients.
• Source candidates, screen CVs, conduct interviews and propose suitable candidates to clients.
• Handle the end‑to‑end recruitment process from sourcing until the candidate’s join date.
• Maintain relationships and actively communicate with clients.
• Maintain relationships with candidates after placement.
• Develop talent pipelines and network aggressively.
