Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, located in Subang Jaya. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, creating bills of quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role involves collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes and financial efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost control, cost management, and cost planning
• Experience in creating bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost reporting
• Proficiency in using Cubicost
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience with BIM and familiarity with construction industry standards is a plus
