Role Introduction

This artist role is the point of contact between the teams. You will align the vision & goals with directors while also having direct creative input and planning in that collaboration. You will oversee and follow the art team\'s work and quality specific to the 3D assets creation. You care about the quality consistency, performance, technical pioneering and team growth. You will report and work under the guidance of the world domain lead and senior artists.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Art Director in driving and maintaining the high visual quality of world assets, inspiring and aligning with the project vision.
• Partner with AD and other departments to improve the work pipeline. R&D art style, adapt new techniques, tools, and workflow.
• Collaborate with Production managers to manage the project art team\'s daily activities.
• Detect potential risks in production and work with partners to come up with mitigation plans.
• Create a fun & inspirational environment while coaching artists by providing reviews, growth plans, and generally assisting in their skills.
• Deliver feedback to internal and external teams to maintain art style understanding and quality for the project.
