Responsibilities
- Develop and implement short- and long-term product strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify new product opportunities and oversee product innovation, formulation, packaging, and positioning.
- Conduct feasibility studies and collaborate with New Product Development and supply chain teams for product launches or improvement components.
- Analyze market trends, category performance, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and pricing analysis to ensure competitive positioning.
- Translate insights into actionable marketing and product development strategies.
Brand & Marketing Management
Develop the Brand strategy and execute marketing campaigns to build brand equity and awareness.Plan and monitor the performance of trade promotions, merchandising, and product visibility activities.Financial & Performance Management
Manage Annual Brand Plan / Strategy & Budget exerciseManage product P&L, including budgeting, pricing, and forecasting.Track and analyze product performance, market share, and ROI to guide future actions.Ensure cost optimization without compromising brand or product quality.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Liaise with sales, supply chain, finance, and operations to ensure timely execution of product plans.Provide training and product knowledge support to sales and trade marketing teams.Ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, and labeling requirements.Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).5–8 years of experience in product or brand management, ideally within the FMCG sector.Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience managing P&L.Proven track record in launching and managing successful products.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Proficient in data analysis, market research tools, and MS Office applications.Seniority level
