Role Overview
Junior Sales Executive at Avara, you will be part of a growing team that is reshaping how brands communicate in the tech-driven era. You’ll help us identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and support the sales cycle while learning and growing in a supportive environment. Success in this role means driving meaningful client connections, contributing to revenue growth, and helping expand Avara’s impact in the community.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify new leads in industries like real estate, e-commerce, hospitality, and retail.
- Reach out to prospects through calls, LinkedIn, and emails to introduce Avara’s services.
- Support client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to customize solutions for client needs.
- Keep track of sales activities in the CRM and report progress to your supervisor.
- Learn continuously about digital marketing trends to better engage prospects.
Qualifications
No prior sales experience required — we provide training and guidanceBachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plusStrong communication skills in English and Malay; Mandarin and / or Tamil are a plus.Friendly, confident, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Motivated to contribute not only to business growth but also to community initiatives (we put a focus on mental health and want to help make a positive impact).What We Offer
