Junior Sales Executive - ShopeeFood (Fresh Grad are welcome!)

Shopee Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Monitor merchants' performance by Areas to ensure merchants are on par with ShopeeFood's current product promo / channel or campaigns.
  • Work closely with merchants' account management.
  • Observe and report competitor activities / programs in respective Areas and review their effectiveness / threat / opportunities towards Shopee.
  • Propose Quick Win actions to maintain competitiveness within Areas.
  • Explore green field areas within Areas for further expansion.
  • Achieve sales targets for co-funding & campaigns, leading to revenue increase.
  • Ensure Shopee's presence is visible within Areas managed.
  • Identify high-potential accounts, converting them to Shopee merchants.

Qualifications

  • SPM or Diploma in any field, preferred but not limited to Business, Commerce, Marketing
  • Based in KL
  • Sales experience, preferably in FMCG and Telco industry
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about e-commerce / digital payments
  • Effective presentation skills, with good business acumen
  • Enjoy challenges and remain flexible in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
  • Proactively engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions accordingly
  • Excellent command of English, ability to converse in Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin to communicate with merchants from diverse backgrounds
  • Open to flexible working arrangements during peak seasons / based on business needs
