Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar HR Recruitment role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, applicant tracking systems and talent sourcing techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders Demonstrated success in identifying, screening and selecting high-performing candidates Proficient in using HR and recruitment-related software, data analysis and reporting A collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results
About the role
DRANA Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a passionate and experienced HR Recruitment professional to join our dynamic team in Semenyih, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for driving our internal recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and secure top talent to support the growth of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-calibre candidates
- Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates to ensure the best fit for our open positions
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and providing expert guidance
- Maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires and ensuring a positive employee experience
- Monitoring recruitment metrics and KPIs to continually improve the efficiency of our processes
- Staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, best practices and employment legislation
