Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance accurately and timely.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
- Coordinate training programs and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure adherence to Malaysian labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of HR experience, ideally in retail or FMCG.Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR compliance.Proficient in bilingual communication, preferably English and Mandarin / Chinese, both written and spoken.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.Proficient in MS Office and HR software.Benefits
